Maximum Size Pop Up 300 x 250 pixels
Creatives should be in GIF, JPEG or SWF format. 3rd party tags are also supported. If an SWF file is to be used then a backup GIF file should also be supplied. The SWF file should be embedded with a ‘clickTag’ using the following code:

Animation & Looping
Animation is limited to the first 15 seconds. Looping is unlimited within the 15 seconds.
Audio
User initiated by click or rollover and must include 0n/Off switch.
Expandable Creatives
Roll over or click initiated. Close action must be the same as the expand action. Close button font = 16pt.
Hotspots must be clearly identified with appropriate call to action (roll over or click). Hotspots cannot exceed 33% of ad space. Horizontal hotspots cannot exceed 50% of horizontal pixel length and vertical hostspots cannot exceed 50% of vertical pixel length.
